Growing up, living, breathing, and watching tennis, it has always inspired me to try and reach those lofty goals that a lot of players can only dream about. Falling short along the way though, made me reconsider my true purpose in life and pushed me to make a decision regarding my future of either becoming a pro tennis player or a pro coach. Well, I’m sure you can figure out which one I became. I just love the game! From 1996 to 2002 I spent lots of time studying the art of coaching, learning how to develop players the best way possible, mixing both coaching and sharing my experiences from playing the game. From 2002 onwards, as the relationships and chance meetings came together I had the opportunity to team up with some outstanding coaches from (most notably) the Cash-Hopper International Tennis Academy (Gold Coast 2002), the Hunter Academy of Sport (Newcastle 2007) and Tennis Gear (Brisbane 2010) setting me up for future coaching success.
